Hi, when you accidentally shut down your oracle database using command as shutdown then you get some error if the shutdown is not complete. In that scenario, you need to stop the services. You can stop the service : In run command type services.msc. You'll list of all services. In that stop oracle services and restart the service and the issue is resolved.
